KELLY FOX, MANAGING PARTNER

Kelly J. Fox, Esq. has over 15 years of legal experience, counseling clients on all aspects of corporate, tax and real estate law. From 1995 to 2003, Mr. Fox was a member of the Porter Wright Morris & Arthur, LLP law firm in Columbus, Ohio, practicing in the business and tax groups. Mr. Fox focused his practice on corporate transactions with a concentration on federal tax planning. He served as lead negotiator for numerous asset and stock acquisitions, mergers (taxable and tax-free), and similar transactions for both publicly-traded and privately-held entities. He also advised clients with respect to executive and incentive compensation planning.

In 2004, Mr. Fox became General Counsel for Arshot Investment Corporation, a full-service real estate investment company located in Columbus, Ohio. Mr. Fox provided legal counsel to Arshot and its three operating divisions in property management, construction and real estate holding. He managed the corporate governance of 50+ companies within the Arshot ownership group, focusing on leasing, financing, construction and general corporate matters.

In 2007, Mr. Fox became General Counsel to Into Great Companies, Inc., a private venture capital company located in Columbus, Ohio. Mr. Fox provided legal guidance with respect to business transactions and contracts, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity/venture capital transactions, and technology development and licensing. He also oversaw labor and employment matters, company policy and compliance, and managed all outside counsel relationships. Mr. Fox was also a member of the executive team, a role in which he actively participated in analyzing growth and acquisition opportunities and setting corporate policy to achieve targeted goals.
